Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Sales Buddy app, service and website (the “Service”) provided by Clikdit, New Delhi, India (“Clikdit”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a business (the “Organisation”), you confirm you may bind that Organisation.
1. The Service
The Service helps sales teams log calls, manage deals and follow-ups, record attendance and visits, and connect email and WhatsApp Business to their deals. Features may change as we improve it. Pilot and trial access may be offered on separate written terms.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created by an Organisation's admin or by invitation. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- The Organisation controls its users' access and can remove them at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, deceive or spam anyone;
- store or process personal data of people without a lawful basis to contact or record them, or ignore their requests not to be contacted;
- record call audio in a way that breaks the law. The Service does not record call audio; if you record calls by other means, you are responsible for any required consent;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or another Organisation's data;
- share access outside your Organisation.
4. Your data
The Organisation owns the data it puts into the Service. It gives Clikdit the right to process that data only to provide and secure the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Organisation is responsible for having a lawful basis and any needed consents for the customer and employee data it collects, including location, selfies and call information about its staff. On request, and after the subscription ends, we will help the Organisation export or delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes.
5. AI features
Some features use AI to transcribe voice notes and suggest deal details. Output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking it before relying on it, and it is not legal, financial or professional advice.
6. Third-party services
Connections to Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business and similar services are subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes.
7. Fees, payments, cancellation and refunds
Paid plans, prices and billing terms are shown on the Pricing page or set out in the order or quote the Organisation accepts. Fees are in Indian Rupees, exclude GST, and are payable in advance for each billing period. Payments are processed by Razorpay. How access is delivered is described in our Delivery Policy.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing support@clikdit.com from your registered email address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
- Refunds. Because access starts as soon as you subscribe, fees for a billing period that has already started are generally not refundable. We will refund a duplicate or wrong charge in full; the first payment in full if you write to us within 7 days of paying and are not satisfied; and any fee for a period in which we could not give you access.
- How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Razorpay, normally within 5 to 7 working days. To ask for one, email us your registered email address, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is available at support@clikdit.com.
9. Intellectual property
Clikdit owns the Service, its software and branding. We grant the Organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during its subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
10. Suspension and ending
An Organisation may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, fees are unpaid, or continued use creates a security or legal risk; where reasonable we will warn you first.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Clikdit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Organisation paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under law.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change and, for material changes, we will notify Organisations. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
