Pricing questions
What does the pilot include?
A small group of your reps uses every core feature of Sales Buddy on real calls for an agreed period, and we set the team up with you. If it works, you move to the Team plan. If it does not, you stop.
How is Team pricing calculated?
Per user, per month, in Indian Rupees, plus GST. A user is one person with a login: a rep, team lead or admin.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking. Payments go through a secure payment gateway, so we never see or store your card details. We share the payment link when you move from the pilot to a paid plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel by writing to us; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Terms of Use.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes, every payment comes with a GST invoice. Share your GSTIN when you sign up.
Does Sales Buddy record my calls?
No. Call audio is not recorded. With the rep's permission, the app reads the phone's call log (number, time, duration and direction) so it can match a call to a customer.
Which phones does it work on?
Android phones. Pilot teams receive the app directly from us. There is no iPhone app at the moment.
