Delivery Policy

Sales Buddy is a software service. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

1. How the service is delivered

• After you sign up for a pilot or your payment is confirmed, we create your organisation's account and send the sign-in details to the email address you gave us.
• The Sales Buddy Android app is provided directly by us through a download link, or through an app store listing when one is available.
• Your admin then adds reps, roles and calling data, and your team can start using the service.

2. Delivery time

Access is normally set up within 1 working day of sign-up or payment confirmation. If you have not received your sign-in details within 2 working days, write to support@clikdit.com and we will fix it straight away.

3. Requirements

The app works on Android phones with an internet connection. You are responsible for the phones and connectivity your team uses.

4. Problems with delivery

If we cannot deliver access to the service after you have paid, we will refund the affected fee as described in our Terms of Use.
